DELIVERY POLICY
The prices listed on our product pages include the statutory value-added tax and all other price components.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge the following shipping costs for deliveries within Germany:
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We kindly ask for your understanding that we do not offer a free return label.
Please send the item(s) back sufficiently prepaid within 14 days of receiving your order to the following address:

We recommend sending the return as an insured shipment.
In case your package gets lost, you can file a claim with the shipping provider.
Note on Refunds
Please note that in rare cases, damage to the olive oil canister may occur during shipping. This does not affect the quality of the product.
If you notice such damage, please contact us – we are accommodating and will find a solution for your next order.
Please also ensure that any items you wish to return are sent back to us in their original packaging and unopened. Otherwise, a return cannot be accepted.
Your return will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive an automatic email notification as soon as the refund has been issued to your account.

Return Deadline
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the items to us.
Please fill out the return form that was sent to you with your order confirmation via email and send the package, sufficiently prepaid, to the address mentioned above.
If you exceed the 14-day return period, we will not be able to issue a refund.
